No, it was the most recent story regarding Florida (which many of the commenters are saying that the entire story is made up). And do you ever notice how most people that comment on those stories (government and politics-related stories, I mean) never quite understand anything about government or politics?

I stopped going to Gawker when they posted that image of a dead Treyvon Martin in the headlines. Not even a f-in warning, a dead kid right there at the center of the whole entry. Since then, I never clicked on Gawker ever again.

I don't click on anything that will lead me to Gizmodo, EVER. Mostly because the authors are awful and they have zero sense of humor. After one hipster comment I was banned many years ago before Kinja was even an idea and had to start my account all over again. Since then I have only really commented in Jalopnik, some io9, a bit in Kotaku, and NEVER in Gawker. Also there was one joke I made in Jezebel that didn't get me too much hate.

Keep it here with your Jalops and you will be safe.
